Treat everyone like a customer - this is a key to Reimagine Your Work and a message that I’m happy to see has made an impression on my daughter, Lily.

Lily is a Cadette Girl Scout and she is wrapping up cookie season (specially the distribution portion associated with delivering the orders). For her, thanking her customers is a requirement (imposed by me) and this year she chose to attach a little note to each order…even to the order from HER BROTHER!

Sure, she could have just given AJ his cookies (she likely could have simply left them on the counter and he would have just eaten them) but her brand is important enough to her to put the note on his boxes too.

That’s what it means to treat everyone like a customer! You never know who’s watching so you need to manage your brand all the time!
